We were contacted by Bianca who introduced us to Above All Bathrooms and provided us with all the necessary information about their services. Bianca also gave us a rough estimate of the costs involved in the renovation process and explained the entire process in detail. Later, we had an in-house measurement and quote session that lasted about an hour, during which Bianca shared several design ideas for our bathroom renovation project. She provided a quote and we were happy that it was within our budget so we booked an appointment at their beautiful showroom in West Gosford. During the showroom appointment we looked at their display bathrooms and picked out our fittings and fixtures from there curated range of items in the showroom. This was great because it meant that we didn't have to spends hours and hours going from bathroom shop to bathroom shop looking for what we wanted. Bianca then completed the design based on our selections and sent us over the contract. The entire sales process was professional and at no stage did we feel like we were being pressured in to anything. Once the contract was signed we were given a start date and the next point of contact was the week before kick-off when we were provided a Home Warranties certificate and the lovely Jack called us to let us know he would be our project manager. On day 1 of our renovation, Jack clearly explained how the schedule would work including the times to expect more noise and gave us all his contact details in case we had any concerns at all along the way. I was expecting that we would have delays, the trades team would be messy and a whole set of excuses when someone went wrong but this just didn't happen. Everyday I got a TXT message from Jack with a few photos on the progress and there literally wasn't one hiccup throughout the whole process. Above All Bathrooms certainly did provide an amazing complete bathroom renovation experience and we have no hesitation in recommending them. We had our Main and Ensuite completed in the timeframe promised and to the budget promised. Thank you to Jack, Bianca and the entire Above All Bathrooms - Central Coast team for our amazing bathrooms.
