Through working with independent local growers, Mews has developed a menu focused on sustainably sourced meat and fish, while leaning in to a sustainable, plant-forward approach free of pomp or pretension, that celebrates the beauty of ingredients.

Mews’ hero wine list has been curated to highlight the very best of Australian wine, with a focus on small growers making great wine, sustainability sourced from the world over. The extensive list showcases small, up and coming producers, as well as some of the country’s most iconic bottles and unique drops.
