The Source of Wellness / Pain Relief Lady

The Source of Wellness offers Mind+Body treatment with Counselling, Life Coaching, and Craniosacral Therapy. Between 2019 and 2023 we were known as Pain Relief Lady.

This is truly unique, as you can choose treatment for Mind, Body, or both, as treatment options include Counselling for mental health and resolve past events, Life Coaching for attaining a life goal or getting your desired job, and treatment for physical pain with Craniosacral Therapy and Jaw Unwinding (Osteopathic) for strong recurring pain conditions, or Lymphatic Drainage for swollen limbs and to detox.

There is also the Women's Wellbeing Circle monthly meetup which is a space for women to unplug from life demands for 90 minutes to plug into self to recharge, explore ways to improve health & wellbeing, socialise with other like-hearted women interested in personal fulfilment and wellbeing and leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and renewed for the month ahead!

With more than 23 years experience, Ally has worked with 20,000+ people to resolve recurring life issues, serious mental health conditions, and treat strong physical pain to regain health and wellbeing. Your Wellness Pathway provides you the space and the choice to feel better and live better.

Life Coaching includes setting and achieving life goals, smoothing stage of life transitions from single life to in relationship, from a couple to welcoming children, applying for new work roles, Wellness Coaching, Couples Relationship Coaching and much more.

Counselling deals with a range of mental health conditions including Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Panic, PTSD, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, and difficult life situations including Loss of loved one, Injury, Accident, Abuse, Assault and Domestic Violence. Counselling also resolves old histories and events to be truly free of the past and live more fully in the present.

Craniosacral Therapy includes Jaw Unwinding and treats a range of physical health conditions from migraines, tinnitus, joint pain, low back pain, neck pain, intracranial hypertension, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome CFS, irritable bowel syndrome IBS, period pain and irregular periods, endometriosis, headaches, TMJ dysfunction, clicking jaw, stress, tight muscles, postural imbalance, weak core muscles, swollen limbs and more.
