Our vision at Homes North is for the wellbeing of our community. We develop and manage affordable, secure and sensitively managed homes and work in partnership to create vibrant, inclusive communities. Our business is about connecting people and places, creating new opportunities and we take a place based approach to advocate for, coordinate and partner with the services that people in our community need. With over 30 years' experience in the New England North West region of NSW, Homes North provides a place to call home for over 1924 people. We strive for an integrated approach to housing that includes community and consumer involvement with consideration of necessary facilities, amenities, opportunities and community supports. Our organisation works to achieve a just and equitable distribution and access to housing resources in NSW, participating in planning and implementation of housing policies at all levels of government to develop and expand community based non-profit housing.
