Regenesis Fitness caters for clients requiring gym membership only as well as being home to both Longevity and Edgecliff Personal Training businesses, two science based personal training businesses, where the focus is your health and well-being.

Exercise programs and personal training appropriate to your goals, injuries and health issues is our speciality.
