Be very wary of this individual. Apparent failure to place proper/adequate waterproofing in bathroom/shower area of unit and will not accept responsibility for same. Same issue with second unit at Sapphire Court. Now needing to gut entire bathroom/shower and redo. 7 years old. Will not return calls/texts etc.
