We aim to have your delivery to you within 90 minutes of you placing your order. We deliver 7 days a week, including public holidays except for Christmas Day and Good Friday.
Yes, we cannot leave your order unattended and you must be at the delivery address to present ID to receive your order. If you miss your delivery, your order will be returned back to our store.

Yes, your order will be prepared for collection within the opening times of the Click & Collect store. These will be visible pre and post purchase and a text message will be sent when the order is ready for collection.
Customers will receive notification by text message within 30 minutes of their order being transacted online, provided collection is within the opening times of the Click & Collect store.
Coles Liquor has a School Uniform Policy that aims to eliminate the risks or confusion associated with supplying alcohol to young adults. The policy requires our team members to refuse service to anyone in full school uniform, including where a customer has Proof of Age ID confirming they are over the age of 18 years.

It's easy to update any of your contact details online. Yes, it is a legal requirement that your identification is checked for the below order types:​ - Express Delivery – your ID will be scanned at point of delivery for every order you receive. The ID must match the name entered by the purchaser at checkout.​ Only the nominated recipient can accept the delivery.​ - Same Day – ID will be checked and verified at point of delivery to verify proof of age and/or identity. - Standard Delivery – ID will be checked if you are a new account holder or have used our ‘guest’ checkout. ​​ - Click & Collect – a team member in store is required to check ID to verify proof of age and validate the correct order recipient. - Marketplace – orders placed through the Doordash and Uber Eats apps will have ID scanned at point of delivery. The recipient must be the account holder who placed the order.​
We understand that you always want your order to arrive as quickly as possible, and sometimes the best way for us to make sure this happen is to send it from two different hubs. Despite this, sometimes minor delays can occur. Orders in this situation will not incur an additional delivery charge.
If your purchase is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or breaches a consumer guarantee, we will be happy to provide you with either a refund or exchange upon presentation of your proof of purchase. If this purchase incurred a delivery fee, we will also cover the cost of the delivery fee for the return of the Goods back to us. The refund will be processed with via same method of payment as the original transaction. If your purchase was made in-store, simply bring the products and receipt back and speak to a Liquorland team member to organise a refund or exchange. Unfortunately we do not accept Afteroay, ZipPay or similar ‘buy now, pay later’ digital payment services. This also includes single-use digital cards created through one of these services. Our current payment options are listed above.

Yes, every customer will have their ID scanned upon delivery, this is to ensure the ID presented matches the customer receiving the order. The ID scanning process checks for date of birth and ID expiration. This is a requirement to receive your order and applies to every customer. Your order can only be delivered to the recipient's name as shown on the order or a nominated person who is at the delivery address.
Limits apply per customer per day to Express Delivery orders. These limits are 8 boxes in total. If you wish to make a larger purchase, please use our Same day delivery if you are in SA, WA, NT or TAS. Liquorland is dedicated to the safety and wellbeing of our customers and aims to promote the responsible consumption of alcohol. Our contracted courier will re-attempt delivery the next business day in the same time frame of 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Please note, after the second delivery attempt, the goods will be returned to the warehouse, and we will process a refund for your order.
Currently, we do not provide the option for a safe drop of goods, with our priority delivery service. At the time of delivery, you must ensure that a person over the age of 18 years is available to accept these Goods.
Our Same Day delivery service only operates on business days Monday to Friday. No deliveries occur on Public Holidays or Weekends, any order placed for these days will arrive on the next available business day.
Tracking can take some time to load into our system, please allow a few hours after receiving the email, for the tracking to begin functioning correctly.
We currently only offer delivery between the times of 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm and are unable to offer priority delivery outside of this timeframe. Please keep an eye on our delivery information page for any future changes or updates.
Currently, we do not provide a chilled delivery service, however, we are always expanding and looking at new ideas. Keep an eye out and this may change in the future.
