I live in Bacchus Marsh, my 3yrs old LG split system was not heating, l called LG service as this split system cost me $17k I felt the warranty would cover this.LG logged a visit from Atmos Refrigeration I Waited six weeks a visit from Tony, Tony was proficient as he checked my roof and found the problem was a gas leak, as the problem was caused by installation (was not covered by warranty)
Tony quoted me $1000 to be fixed, as he had no gas he would have to return. I went back to original installers who fixed this under warranty.
I expected Atmos Refrigeration to send me a bill however I was taken aback when I received an invoice for $398.00
I called and spoke to Tony and asked him to look at the invoice as this was very expensive, he did take off $40 off the bill.
I advise anyone to be aware check quotes first.
