Critical:Poor business to deal with don't trust this company stay away from them
Ron come to our place to check our ducted heating out went up into the roof where the ducting heating unit was and said you need a new one our ducting heating was only put in 2 years ago he said he would not fix it he was not even here 10 min i cant believe company like this charge so much and do nothing just rip peolpe off would never use this company and i dont think they know much about ducting heating the way he was talking to me now i understand why i dont trust people like this company.

Clearly what you have written on google is nothing whats on my report. l can clearly see that you make more of effort on google that the report l got even tho l send you all the error information before hand. Lucky enough you knew how to use the screwdriver and l suppose you had to make some money pretending you knew what you was doing by making some noise. Lucky l got a second option and clearly they said you have got no clue. So if any one out there is happy to pay $411 for a 10 minute call. And get the rubbish spill about power surge and need a new unit. i suggest you actually ring the manufacture because they will tell you that the company has no clue and is a rip off.

Do not waste your money with this company. I had issues with my duct system send him the error message so he knew what to expect. When he came he had no idea firstly how to operate the control panel so l had to show him the error Lucky to spend a total of 10 minutes giving the spill about power surge and need a new unit. I said it's under warranty. He said don't worry about the warranty go through your insurance so you can get a new unit. I said why would l if it's under warranty and have to pay excess on my insurance. Clearly so you get the business of installing a new unit. Spend a total of 10 minutes with a cost of $411. And the report you get is the information l provide. I suppose his got the life ripping off people and pretending they have a clue.
