South Side Medical has a team of experienced and committed doctors, nurses and administration support staff on hand to attend to all of your family's medical needs. We're proud that our general practice was the Australian Institute of Management's regional winner of the Management Excellence Award for owner/manager in Mackay in 2009 and a finalist for Queensland overall. Not only this, but our GP practice was also the recipient of the Chamber of Commerce Customer Service Excellence Award 2009. We also train medical students from James Cook University students. South Side Medical prides ourselves on our teaching excellence and have the Mackay Lead Medical Educator from GMT, Dr Ciara Ross working in the practice.
