Client service needs severe attention! Hopefully, he's nicer to horses!
Didn't even get a chance to obtain his services as he gave me the flick for querying on Monday evening when he would be coming to see my horse on Tuesday. This is after he told me the week before that he would let me know on Sunday night 'after he had planned his week', what time he would be out. And I thought I was being polite by waiting until Monday evening!
And mate, everybody has a job and everybody works hard, you are not the only one who is busy or has to plan their diaries!
