My Yoga Elixir

Ageless Wisdom private yoga classes are designed for your individual needs. Poses are modified to match your ability regardless of whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, regardless of whether you are in your 40’s, 50’s or 60’s. The classes evolve as you evolve in your practice. As you become more adept in the poses, more strong and more flexible, new, and more challenging poses will be introduced.

A private Ageless Wisdom yoga class in your home, office or online is customised to your individual needs. You will receive specific personalized instruction, encouraging a deeper more refined yoga practice with lots of laughs between poses.


I believe yoga is for everyone and every ability. The classes focus on what you may want to achieve or develop for yourself or work towards improving existing health conditions or dealing with an injury.

With a personal understanding of age related changes to the body as we age we set some goals. The goal to begin with may be about improving balance and coordination, improving flexibility and agility or just aim to work toward a certain poses like a perfect downward dog, a deeper forward fold or even a handstand or arm balances.

Ageless Wisdom yoga class will include some weight bearing yoga poses designed to keep bones strong and healthy. Breathwork (Pranayama) to improve lung capacity and mindfulness for inner calm everyday.
