Hi!

I have been playing sport and exercising from a very young age. I have also been in the fitness industry for more than ten years working with numerous people helping them achieve their goals. So I have a wealth of experience when it comes to making exercise enjoyable. This is important, because if you are not enjoying it, then you are less likely to continue doing it.

Many people have negative mindsets around exercise. One of the things I do is show them that exercise can be enjoyable. Seen the fit looking people in the gym or running around in the park? Many of them started out not enjoying exercise too. But once they started seeing results, and noticed that they had more energy, they started looking forward to their workouts. Now, if you asked them, they'd tell you that they get grumpy if they miss out on their workout.

However, exercise is only part of the equation when it comes to reaching your health and fitness goals. I will sit down with you and discuss your sleeping habits and your diet. You can exercise as much as you want but you probably won't get far until you get these two factors right. But with a little guidance (and a little nagging), you can turn this around and start living the life you want to.

I just want to thank J.J. for all of his help. I was really uncertain that I would ever be able to lose weight and get healthy, but with his guidance and support I have lost 11kgs and now have much more energy. I am sleeping well at night (particularly after I exercise) so I wake up feeling energized and ready to go. His knowledge and experience has helped me get over the little hurdles that I otherwise may not have.

When I started with J.J. six months ago I weighed 94kgs and had 31 percent bodyfat. I have since reduced my weight to 82kgs and my bodyfat to 22 percent. I feel so much better, and my energy levels are what they were when I was much younger. There were obstacles along the way, but J.J. and his experience helped me get through them. I am in a great place now.

Week in and week out J.J. kicks my butt. I don't always like it, but I'm always glad at the end of the session that I've done it. And to be honest, it's getting easier. Particularly now that I'm starting to see results. It was nice the other day when I had to put a belt on to hold my jeans up. Thanks for the help J.J.

I have been training with J.J. for a few years, and after my husband saw the progress I made under J.J.'s instruction, he decided to train with him as well. We have both lost the weight that we wanted to, but what is surprising is that our mindsets around exercise have changed. We both enjoy exercising now, and we are both much healthier. I now wake up in the morning with energy. J.J. knows exercise, but more importantly, he has helped me get my head in the right place.

I am really satisfied with my results. Since working with J.J. I have broken through my plateau on my squats and bench press. I have reached two new PB's under his guidance, and am just starting a new program with him which is working towards continuing to increase my strength. His time in the industry is evident in the experience that he displays each time that I work with him.
