Have used this business previously so when a large branch came down contacted them again. Booked it in, waited 10 weeks, then followed up with them only to be told they had not booked us in and that we would have to wait a further 8 weeks. When we asked them to confirm this situation, they advised that they now didn’t wish to do the job. Chased them for a quote, often with no reply. Chased them for a start date, texts and calls, all unanswered. Then a text at 10:15 pm declining the job. Complete lack of professionalism. Would not recommend. Very disappointing.
