How long are your physiotherapy appointments?

An initial physiotherapy appointment in our clinic is 45 minutes and subsequent appointments are 30 minutes of 1 on 1 time. This is consistent for all physiotherapy appointments in our Capalaba, Tweed Heads, Ballina, Yamba, Grafton and Coffs Harbour clinics.

Do you provide services under homecare packages (and other community aged care funding like CHSP and STRC)?

Yes. We have many year’s experience providing Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Podiatry, Exercise Physiology, Dietetics and Speech pathology to clients in the community aged care funding models.

Do you charge travel costs for home-visit physiotherapy, exercise physiology occupational, therapy and podiatry appointments?

Suburbs within a radius of our clinics (clinics located in Capalaba, Tweed Heads, Gold Coast, Ballina, Grafton, Yamba and Coffs Harbour) we do not charge additional travel. If you live outside of the travel fee free area, we can still see you but will quote for travel for your approval prior to booking the appointment. No. You can book a private physiotherapy appointment in any of our clinics simply by call us on 1300 871 249. We have clinics located in Capalaba, Tweed Heads, Ballina, Yamba, Grafton and Coffs Harbour.
