Yes! We offer a 10 Day Trial offer for Group Training and Classes. Get a feel for the gym, our personal trainers and coaches, and the community within the group class format. We recommend starting your first class with our Lift Club sessions (Monday, Tuesday or Thursdays) first, then expanding into other classes. Our Friday Hustle and Flow is our more advanced session with technical movements, so if you are newer to barbell movements, we might encourage you to wait until your confident before joining that class!
