Karen grew up as a local in the Croydon area after spending some years in the hospitality, retail and mining industries. Karen then found her passion for helping people in remedial, relaxation and pregnancy massage therapy. Karen brings a different approach to remedial massage therapy as she believes the entire body is connected and works accordingly. You may come in with a sore foot or neck however the pain may originate from elsewhere in the body or even from one of life's many stresses. Karen will mix treatments with relaxation massage as well as remedial massage depending on the needs of you, the client.
