Our company is based on TRTP (The Richards Trauma Process), an evidence based method that offers quick, safe and lasting changes to your life. We address your root causes of stress, anxiety, PTSD and depression in three sessions. No need for ongoing counselling sessions and costs. We give you the support you need to reclaim your life. It is a simple process which is fast, effective, and very safe – there is no re-traumatising. It achieves ‘release’ from the flight, fright and freeze response and a return of the entire being to Calm. We offer therapy both locally in person or online/remotely. We provide a free complimentary 30 minute session which explains the process including the cost, the methods involved and any questions that you might have. Both myself and my partner Megan have gone through the therapy and it has changed our lives so much that we decided to specialise in it and start this business to help others that are badly in need and not aware of this amazing program.
