If you have unwanted concrete these are your guys! They successfully removed our old, cracked and hazardous driveway and side walk way. They were on time and worked very hard! Very professional service! The clean up job after was spectacular! Highly recommend using them!!

I bought a lake front piece of land to build a home on. I had to have the land excavated and graded. I found a great company online that specialized in excavation and grading. I was elated with the job they did, it was picture perfect. My contractor was also happy because he could pull permits and get started building the house. When you need demolition done, do not consider or thinking of calling anyone else.

What great work! We had a retaining wall that had long stopped retaining anything years ago. When I was quoted such a low price I was afraid the work would be just as cheep, but as it turned out these guys were not only fast and hardworking but so professional! They came out ON TIME and had the job done and cleaned up before my husband got home from work! I highly recommend them for any demolition needs you may have!

Wonderful fast service! We are updating our bathrooms and could not have found a better demolition service! They were SO professional! And clean (bonus)... it's as if they were never even in the house, except of course for the gutted bathrooms (2) that are all set for our guy to come in and turn our 1930's bathroom into a water efficient bathroom fit for life in 2012!

You won't regret using this professional and efficient company! They were on time and beyond professional. I thought what a mess this is going to be, but these guys took care of every little detail from covering everything from celling to floor in plastic and using big fans to vent the living room. They took the chimney down in less than a day and even hauled away all the brick and mortar and left the area clean and ready for our new and improved fire place! We could not have been more pleased with the service and professionalism we received from Local Demolition Los Angeles! We recommend them a thousand times!!

Very good service! We could not have asked for a more professional contractor! His employees were all very helpful from the office staff who helped book the estimate to the crew he had come out and take down the old building we had torn down. They were on time and within budget! The clean up job they did after was amazing! I highly recommend Local Demolition LA for any demolition work you may need to have done!

Our remodel went great thanks to Local Demolition Los Angeles! We needed to remodel our guest bathroom and turn our garage into a guest room but would never have been able to with out these guys. What professionals! I was given a great quote and when they came to do the work they were clean and very fast. Everything was covered, even the floors, there wasn't one speck of dust tracked thru the house! The work they did was AMAZING! We will be telling all our neighbors and friends about them but wanted to take a minute to let the rest of Studio City know who they should call if they need a great demo guy!!

Thank goodness for these guys!! We had a tree removed from our front yard but the sidewalk was already damaged from the roots and we kept having passers by trip over the broken concrete so we decided to remove and redo it. (we live in an area the city won't even consider coming out too!) These guys had the job done quickly and at a very reasonable cost. We highly recommend them!

Getting that old patio replaced was harder than I thought, but thanks to Local Demolition Los Angeles Hills we had it done quickly and professionally. They came on time and worked very hard! That old patio was soon gone and ready for the new one! The clean up job they did was stellar! We could not have asked for better service! We highly recommend them for all your demolition needs!

Cleanest demolition ever! I was so afraid our beautiful home would be in ruins when we chose to remodel our kitchen. These guys came in and covered EVERYTHING! I talking floors, furniture, walls! They even put in one of those big industrial fans to make sure the whole house wasn't covered in dust. After they took care of shutting off the electricity, water and gas they removed all the cabinets and countertops then they took out all the old appliances and went to work! I didn't see it again until after the fact, but OH BOY! It was cleaner than I had left it, they even used a high powered vacuum to clean up after themselves... We WILL be using them again I promise you that!
