Could have sworn I already reviewed Novopelle, but anyway... I'm currently on my second treatment here. I love how thorough the technicians are. I'm having an area done again that another spa didn't quite complete. It is amazing how much better they get everything. The machine that every spa uses is the same, so the most important thing is how careful the technician is to go smoothly throughout the entire area and not miss any spots. I liked that they use a pencil beforehand to circle the areas they need to treat so they don't miss any stragglers. In the case of say, a bikini line, they have you to adjust your legs and use a tongue depressor-like instrument to adjust everything. This all adds up to you being actually DONE when you finish your treatments. Yes, it's slightly embarrassing, but very quick! Not quite as quick as the last place I went, but after seeing the spotty results of the last place, I think it's better that it takes 7 minutes instead of 3. The very friendly, yet professional, women working here make you feel relaxed. The price seems to me to be the best in Austin, and there is a doctor that oversees the treatments (not physically there, but I guess that means he's available if they have a medical issue).

Welcome to my new favorite laser spot! Since the whole Groupon/Adealio/LivingSoc ial craze started, I have been to sooooo many lasering locations. Hands down, NOBODY will give you a better deal than Novopelle. The technicians are very capable & kind :-) I also think that the laser treatments I've received here have even been more effective than anywhere else. They have a couple of different machines to choose from depending on your skin type, and this makes all the difference in the world. The results speak for themselves!
