Burnt my scalp during the wash, got pushed three times to dye my grays in spite of saying clearly the first time that I didn't want a dye job. The third time, she told me "you're too young for gray hair" and was literally about to spray something on my head without my permission to "temporarily cover them up" when I had to get cranky and stop her. The haircut itself took about 5 minutes (lost a centimetre of hair) but due to being upsold a 'dry cut' (she asked if I had a problem with dry cutting, I asked her why I would, and she did not mention it would cost a lot more), it took 45 minutes. My feedback to management was met with "sounds like you had a personality clash". Over priced. Terrible service. Will not go back.
