Mumsabai Thai Massage & Day Spa

After going to Mum Sabai Neutral Bay on and off for 7 years ... I am never going back again. I had noticed the service and friendliness of the staff had gone down the past 2 years, but went back yesterday out of 'loyalty'. The worst massage ever. Terrible attitude by the masseuse - who didn't even massage the problem areas she had asked me to tell her at the start of the massage. $65 wasted. When I tried to give feedback to the Receptionist, she was unhelpful. I asked for the name of the Manager to call to give feedback but they wouldn't give a name of someone to speak to. Bad customer service. Don't go there - try the other 2 massage places in Neutral Bay that are friendlier and cheaper - Malee Thai Massage and Blooming Day Spa are great. I'll be going there in the future.
