Called to book a service for monday 1pm, they confirmed was ok. Never showed up and at 3:30pm replied that they could make it at 4. Once again I believed and waited until 5pm. They never showed up, didnt answered the phone or replied any txt message after that. Complete disregard and disrespect for the customer. lost the entire day and still have the back window broken. This was my only day off every 2 weeks.
