Awful experience - completely ripped off.
DCT came round and were very charming. They managed to beat a rival quote and agreed to an installation date. When the date arrived Dennis arrived with only half the agreed equipment. In fact, he didnt mention the extra sensors, remote controls and even external alarm that he agreed to fit, and it was up to me to demonstrate that there was stuff missing.
A few days later I also took a closer look at the alarm. The keypad was held together by STICKY TAPE which was falling off. The siren was also held together by a single screw meaning you could pull it off easily and also cut the wires (and therefore disable the alarm).
I complained (again) and Dennis agreed to come round, take out the old alarm and install a new one. Great i thought. On condition of doing this, I agreed to pay him $750. Dennis proceeded to come round, remove the alarm, pocket the full amount and install nothing (I wasnt in at the time, and told a false story to the person who was in order to get the cash).
At this point i had had enough and requested all my money back. Dennis gave me $300, keeping $450 for labour, equipment that he ordered (that he has said he will sell on) and also batteries.
Absolute joke. Also suggest you check his pricing - he tried to charge me $1500 for a falling apart second hand system... My best advice is to avoid altogether. The above says it all.
