Do not use this company
They are very fast to respond and come over to ‘fix’ your appliance but will never answer your phone calls or messages if something goes wrong.
I sent a message in their website last November (2016) as my washing machine was not wrunging the clothes. I was pleasantly surprised because I received a phone call very quickly and the guy came over the next day to fix it.
He 'repaired' the washer and took a couple of pieces out of it, telling me they were part of the original packaging and they should have been taken out when I got the machine. He stuck a sticker with his mobile number on my machine in case I had any problems.
When he left, I turned the machine on and a really bad banging noise started, it seemed as if the drum was loose inside. I sent him a text message immediately, but he never answered me. I called him repeatedly and sent messages in their website, but they wouldn't return my calls.
After 4 weeks of so of this, I used my husband’s phone to call, they didn’t answer but to my surprise he call me back within 5 minutes. I identified myself and told him I had left several messages in the last few weeks and explained what was wrong, he was a bit defensive at first, said he did not have any messages on his phone or received any of the website messages, and said he would need to look at his records but that this was probably a new problem. I said no, the problem started immediately after he took pieces out of the machine and unfortunately, I noticed when left.
He calmed down and very politely said again that had not messages, that it was probably some problem with Telstra and that he would review his records and would call me back next day. It is now February and I never heard from him. Perhaps it is Telstra’s fault.
So don’t be fooled by their initial good service… it won’t last….
