I recommend that you NEVER use this hairdresser to colour your hair.
First visit, colour wasn't what I asked for but I was happy with a change after having a baby and I liked the hair cut.
Second visit even with taking in an example photo. The colour was still wrong even after two attempts. Ended up having it dyed back to my natural hair colour which didn't turn out the right colour either.
Great for a hair cut mind you.
I thought I would try to save some time and have my hair done locally. Never again! Please do yourself a favour and visit a city salon or reputable salon. It's worth paying the extra money and travelling.
Long story short, I have no time to take her to court and have spent too much time on this already. My request for refund with Fair Trading was purely out of principle! I don't need your $280, Jolanta!
These people made me feel bullied to the point where I was really quite upset. Telling me foils don't suit me, they don't have a magic wand and I came in just so I could try to walk out without paying! NEWSFLASH! I wanted to walk out without paying because I didn't want you colouring or touching my hair any further after 6 hours of you destroying my hair. They then threatening a solicitor named Andrew onto me. In the end I requested it to be dyed my natural hair colour because I was sick of arguing, paid & left. My hair wasn't my natural hair colour but if you're in a salon from 2:30pm till 9:30pm and you're sick of arguing then you pay & leave. I personally didn't want it dyed by them again or to leave n have, solicitors or policemen on my door step. Because I like to think of myself as a law abiding citizen.
Really this was the worst experience of my life with any hair salon or any retail experience.
I am in hope my word of mouth will warn others and stop them from ever stepping foot in there!
