Destroyed my $840 near new leather suede jacket. It was black and is now blue and white. The suede has become thin too. They refuse to compensate and I have to go to NSW Fair Trading. Kept offering to "fix it" only by "dying it". What a joke. They are actually required by law to compensate based on age and price of jacket. They pretended like their English was all of a sudden not great either and the owner actually laughed at me. How low.
Do not under any circumstances leave your leather goods with this Drycleaner. They scam people. Most dry cleaners will send leather products to be specially cleaned. It is apparent they cleaned it themselves, did not take any proper care and even tried to turn the garment away from me when I was collecting it so I couldn't see it was destroyed. Disgusting conduct
