For years this guy has made excuses for not doing work I am a community welfare worker and I have known Andrew since the early 80s.
He can't finnish a job he started but he wants me to pay him extra I won't he can't finnish a job he started so he doesn't get paid he left a drain exposed in my mother's backyard.
I feel sorry for the co-owner Jane who is also Andrews wife he has used her for years for his bad plumbing practice's
Now I know what Moore for less means.
You pay more and get less plumbing.
