Absolutely appalling service.

They charge through the roof for every little query, but somehow still can't respond to emails or calls. When asked to justify their fees, they just ignore you.

Try calling their office now and see if they pick up. You'll almost always go through to voicemail.

There has been an ongoing dispute at our property for years. The team at Essendon have provided incorrect advice, costing me thousands in lost rent, and are now flat out refusing to answer genuine and reasonable queries.
