Counselling and assessment for teenagers and adults. I provide a caring, professional home visiting service, at an affordable rate. I am a registered Psychologist and EMDR Therapist working with presentations of depressions, anxiety, stress, PTSD, single incident trauma, loss, grief, substance use, parenting and behavioural concerns, whilst also considering the links between nutrition and mood.

All my work is client-centred, strength based and solution oriented. I am trained in C.B.T, EMDR, ACT, expressive, symbol, and sandplay therapies.
