Living Gems Residential Resorts was founded in the early 1980s when people started looking at the prospect of early retirement and more fun after 50. Our Lifestyle Resorts were designed for active people aged 50 plus, seniors and retirees. Living Gems' master planned communities were designed as secure and attractive villages where homeowners would enjoy a sense of community and a host of resort-style amenities in a convenient location. Our Resorts won the "The Most Outstanding Lifestyle Resorts Award" in 2016 and 2017 and "The Most Outstanding Resort Housing Developer" in the World Award in 2016. Our Resorts facilities differ between resorts but expect to find a country club with a lounge, bar, ballroom and a cinema. Our active lifestyle amenities include a heated swimming pool, spa, gym, bowling green, tennis court and a game room. Most of the Living Gem resorts have a library, music room, a fully equipped workshop plus art and craft studio.
