B.N.S Removals

I engaged BNS removals to take my things from Townsville To Ararat . They asked for payment up front . With most Removalists it’s half now half on delivery . They then asked me to arrange people at Ararat to unload ,I did arrange six blokes to unload. Then Janet from BNS gave the head Bloke $100 to pay the Other 5 blokes for an Hours work . WTF .??Janet only wanted to pay them $20 each per hour. This is SO WRONG !This is NOT fair pay
When told about this , as I was still in Townsville ,I rang Janet and she said “ she didn’t ask for six blokes ....I did O but what is the difference between six blokes taking one hour and two blokes taking 3 hours ........ I did she should pay them or refund my money so I can pay these blokes....ALL I ASKED FOR WAS A FAIR DEAL . BNS REMOVALS ado NOT deal fair,y or with integrity , they are a cowboy mob that are unable to unload the truck themselves but no willing to act fairly and treat the workers that DO THE WORK properly. I feel very cheated by BNS REmovals and would NOT recommend them at all.
