I can not comment on all of CBRE's business dealings. But I can say that I was extremely disappointed with the valuation I recieved. The valuer did the bare minimum for market comparison, with only 3 comparative sales figures. All of which which were 4-7 months old(6 months is max age allowed). I enquired with another CBRE valuer as to what the method was and he advised me that the valuation I recieved was not satisfactory.
So I appealed the valuation providing a list of comparative sales with more recent sales dates. But the valuation remained unchanged...
This was very disappointing and I believe Unprofessional to use biased data.
