Allocated handyman arrived without tools, wanted to "see the job" first. After looking at the bathroom cabinet and shelves went to "get his tools". 15 minutes later, head office calls and says he wants "high risk pay". Refuse this, as the work shown was exactly what was prior agreed to and quoted for. 30 more minutes pass before having to call back to find out what is going on. Apparently allocated handyman has left after he was refused his hazard pay and another will "come out tomorrow". Avoid the extortion, avoid Fantastic Handyman Melbourne.
