Horrible experience. BNE Removals damaged the property and then will not acknowledge the complaint nor do anything about the damage. They hire backpackers and give them a budget rentals truck and then send them to your house. Who would trust them with their possessions knowing this? I wish we did. They were also late to the job and took longer than they should have. Steer clear at all costs!
