Needed a tow cause I ran over a pot hole and it did some serious damage to my tire. These people dropped my car at the furthest area of the Walmart parking lot instead of automotive. Seriously!!! Do better! Find you another job if this isn't what you want to do for a living!

Honestly have hardly seen worse customer service. Waited over 2 hours only to have them start ignoring our original phone number and then just canceling the tow altogether without even notifying us. You already have people vulnerable and stranded and they don’t even care.
