USA Sludge specializes in reducing sludge and wastewater costs by using energy efficient low temperature biomass dryers, dehumidification heat pump technology and waste heat sludge dryers to create a unique an innovative onsite sludge and wastewater treatment solution. Areas of industrial agriculture we work with include: dairy sludge, slaughterhouses, manures, food processing and drying, brewery and winery wastewater. Low temperature biomass dryers work with drying plant fiber and organic matter. Filtrate water is recaptured from the dewatering and sludge drying process, also condensate water recovery - all can be used as reclaimed water. The quality from condensate water is a distilled water, clean, mineral free with a Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) level of near zero and is drinkable.
