So our aim is to make sure you have fun! Affordable activities take place three days a week. So on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays you'll find the Senior Citizens Hall at Rooty Hill shaking with laughter, deep in discussion or drifting on a cloud of relaxation. There's something to suit all levels of fitness, and all tastes: Gentle Exercise Heart Moves Line Dancing Meditation Creative Writing African Drumming Discussion Groups Cancer Support Program Travel Club All activities are designed to empower you as an individual, while at the same time, increase and maintain your health and wellbeing.
