Providing healthcare using naturopathic principles of prevention being better than cure and treating the cause, with onsite or online appointments and a personalized treatment plan including the timeframe to achieve your health goals. I treat each client as an individual and work with them to bring back into balance all the factors that can affect health and wellbeing. My areas of interest include inflammatory conditions, the microbiome, reproductive health, sports medicine and men's health. I like to use food and lifestyle advice as much as possible however treatment may require the use of nutritional supplements and/or herbs. I provide evidence-based healthcare and work to complement any existing treatment or medication.
