Ilsé Strauss is the Founder & CEO of PurposeSYNC which is home Australasia’s only recognized Human Behavioral based Leadership Program. As the daughter of parents who left South Africa in the Apartheid Era, Ilsé has a passion for healthy and functional leadership and business. Ilsé has a degree in Legal Studies & International Politics, and is currently completing her Master’s at Murdoch University in the School of Business & Psychology. Ilsé is also one of the only 4 coaches globally to attain the highest rank as a Certified Professional Coach with the ICG and spends her time curating and facilitating Coaching & Mentoring Programs to develop successful leaders. Ilsé works closely with high performers in a range of industries and corporations including Forbes listed companies, Government, Professional Services and Franchising. Ilsé has spent 20+ years in industry, with a speciality in organisational coaching as a strategy for leadership development. She has written books, had her own TV Show ‘Talking Business’, hosts the Fearless to Lead podcast and has created multiple leadership development courses.
