OUR FITNESS COMMUNITY

ONE FIVE Functional Fitness is a family-run gym located in East Branxton. We believe that through dedicated training, we can become better both physically and mentally - not only inside the gym, but throughout all other aspects of our lives.

We do this by coming together as a community to do one workout of the day (WOD), every day. We train for general physical preparedness by ensuring that our members are exposed to a combination of cardio, weightlifting, and body weight movements across the week.

The WOD is a one-hour group class involving a warm-up, workout, and cool-down. The workouts will vary greatly from day to day in time, movement type, and intensity. Say goodbye to being bored in the gym – we will rarely do the same workout twice!
