Equipment Installation

Our staff will design and implement computer and network systems to meet the connectivity needs of your business. Our staff has more than 30 years of combined experience in designing and installing networks.

Planned Maintenance Contracts

An On-Site Field Service Maintenance Contract is the best way to keep your computer system up and running with the least amount of down time. Customers covered under this contract receive the highest priority service with GUARANTEED response times. Such a contract also includes the following:

All parts and labor (excluding consumable supplies such as ribbons, paper, floppy diskettes and tape cartridge)
All travel time
Preventative maintenance performed on a regular basis
Free equipment loaners - in the unlikely event of extended down time, a loaner is provided at no extra charge
Four hour response time - when you call with a hardware problem, if we cannot resolve the problem over the phone, we will be on the way to your office to repair the problem within 4 business hours. On the average we are usually at your office and actually working on the problem within 3 hours
Highest priority call - when you call with a hardware problem, you are put on the highest priority list. You will receive highest priority response over all other types of services that we offer to our customers
On going warranty - in the unlikely event that the equipment repaired does not perform to standards, we repair or replace that piece of equipment at no charge
Time and Material Maintenance Services are also offered for those pieces of equipment which are not as critical to your operations. These services are available during regular office hours and are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We can travel to your office to pickup, deliver, and/or repair the equipment on site, or you can deliver the equipment to our facility in Naperville.

Virus Management

We are very much aware of the increasing need for internet security for your business. Our technical staff is trained and ready to hear you determine the kind of security that best fits your business needs.

Firewall - If you are concerned that the outside world has access to your in-house network, a Firewall is an industrial strength lock that will protect your valuable network. No protection is foolproof, but with a properly installed Firewall, the chance of outside intrusion is greatly reduced.

Firewall with Content Filtering - If you are worried that your employees are wasting time on the Internet during business hours, consider adding a Firewall with Content Filtering. Content Filtering allows you to restrict access to certain kinds of sites (porn, shopping, sports, etc....), without making the entire Internet off limits.

VPN - If you are afraid that the information you send over the Internet isn't confidential, maybe you need a Firewall with Virtual Private Networking (VPN). VPN allows you to securely transfer data via the Internet: data is encrypted, sent over the Internet and then decrypted once it reaches its destination.

Onsite Training

Onsite training provides the most benefit for your company.

Onsite training can get staff on board with implementing new or existing procedures and full utilization of the systems in the comfort of your office.

It allows you to:

Choose a convenient date and time.
Set up an agenda for the trainer if interested in providing specific training based on company goals.
Receive a complete system overview to learn all features of the software.
Receive training in your environment with access to your system and data (if desired).
Onsite training is available at an hourly or daily rate.

Web Training Designed for Your Company

Web Training can get staff on board with implementing new or existing procedures and full utilization of the systems in the comfort of each participants desired connection to the Web Training session.

A Web Training session allows for an instructor to be in one location and participants to be at another location of their choice.

For example, you could be at your office, your home or at any location with access to a computer, internet connection and a phone.

We would send each participant an email to invite them to join the Web Training and they would call us via phone and join the instructor and others invited to participate in your Web Training. The instructor will provide training to all participants as they view the instructors screen and interact via phone.

A Web Training session can run as long as desired and cover an agenda you set with the trainer or it can cover a complete system overview.

Web Training designed for your company is available at an hourly rate.

Webinar Training

A Webinar is a training session where the instructor is at one location and you are at another location of your choice.

For example, you could be at your office, your home or at any location with access to a computer, internet connection and a phone.

We would send you an email to invite you to join our Webinar and you would call us on the phone and join the instructor and others participating in the Webinar.

A Webinar will run 1-2 hours and includes a guided overview of a Visual ContrAcct® Accounting module. The guided overview will assist you in utilizing all features of the Visual ContrAcct® Accounting module.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations must be made 1 hour prior to set time of webinar to avoid a late cancellation fee. All cancellations made later than 1 hour prior to set time of webinar as well as any no-shows will result in a late cancellation fee equal to the price of the webinar.
