The guy that works there is really condescending! You shouldn t talk down to your customers! SUPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I didn t get my dress until the DAY BEFORE my event! I ve heard a lot of complaints about this place from friends. DON T GO THERE!!! Worst experience we had in this kind of stores.

To all the people of Laredo, Texas or from other cities that come to shop at Di France Bridal Shop. I do not know how they could call it a bridal shop. They should rename it Di France Halloween Shop because thats all they know how to make. DO NOT EVER GO THERE OR BY ANYTHING FROM THAT SHOP. They charge you an arm & a leg for a dress an 8th grade can do. They do not do they dress you picked, gives you excuses, they set up an appointment for you to pick up your dress & keep you waiting and waiting for more than 2 hours claiming the seamstress is on her way but at the end he leaves through the back & lets you sit there like a dummy. The ladies who work there also keep the lie going by claiming your dress is looking fabulous that they already saw it. He has several seamstress including himself (which he does not now how to sew). Please pass the word around because he is giving LAREDO a band reputation & that is unfair for other Bridal Shops who do give good service which i should have looked into before this dummy sweet talked us into purchasing a dress that he never intended to do. I hope you read my view and dont do the same mistake that we did. DO NOT TRUST DI FRANCE TO MAKE YOUR DREAM DRESS BECAUSE YOU WILL ONLY GET NIGHTMARES & DISAPPOINTMENTS!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst Service ever We had a terrible experience, my daughter bought a graduation dress two months in advance, after two months the dress did not arrive, after many callings we received many excuses, some excuses were the manufacturer mistake, employee made a mistake, apparently two times they send the wrong dress, the owner always denied to talk to us. They say the dress will arrive one day before the graduation ceremony and did not. The dress did not arrive, we requested the money back, they denied to give us the money, they gave us the wrong dress promising to give us the correct one the following week (after graduation party). The dress did not arrive after three weeks. A complete fraudulent and always lying to us. After talking to the owner he gave us a lot of excuses, and he had an arrogant position, never recognize their terrible attitude and service. This is the worst experience we ever had. Terrible store, do not buy this store, unless you want to experience the same. Prepare for the worst!! This is fraudulent!!
