OET Writing Test for nurses is a test which assess the writing skills of the nurses. It is a task which will take 45 minutes. Usually, there will be a letter of referral. It can be a letter of referral to a community care center or nursing home. Often, the letter is written to advise or inform a patient or the group. For example. Describe new medications prescribed for the patient, what medication has been started or restarted, what physio has been started, what equipment have been prescribed etc. Describe if there are any abnormal events during the treatment process, what complications the patent suffered from, post-op instructions etc. Add facts / figures if given or if required for your letter of referral.
