This evening I had the hot water in our ensuit shower refusing to turn off - our regular plumber did not see the event as an emergency warranting a call out at 9:30 in the evening. I called Miami Dpaul Plumbing as an alternative and outlined the situation. The person I spoked to walked me through how to turn off the hot water myself - a fix that will do us in the morning when we can get our plumber out, and which will save me a service charge. I really appreciated the honesty and integrity of the person who helped me.

We called Miami Dpaul Plumbing on an emergency, as our drains were backing up and the auger I had bought got stuck. Miami Dpaul Plumbing came out the night before Thanksgiving within the hour and managed to free the auger and then using his own professional equipment, unclogged our drain very quickly. He was really friendly, trustworthy and honored our online coupon. In the end, we felt the charges were fair and the level of service was excellent. We shall keep their contact number for our future plumbing needs and will gladly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

He was on time and was willing to answer all of my questions. He initially came to flush and inspect my water heater (which he installed in 2009). But ended up fixing my leaky shower and replacing my really old toilet. He did an excellent job. I would recommend him to my friends and family.
