We personally care for your loved one in our own newly built mortuary facility. On the day of the service, your loved one will travel in our modern Holden Calais custom-built dual cab black hearse. We will be there for you throughout the whole process, not just part of it. This way we can ensure everything goes to plan and you are given the support you deserve. We have an office located in Penrith or if more convenient, we can come to you. When arranging a Funeral Service, there are many decisions that need to be made and we are here to guide you. Burial or Cremation? We can advise you on a variety of burial and cremation options. We work closely with many parishes and cemetery operators across Sydney and surrounds. The funeral service and burial or cremation can both occur at the same location, for example using Pinegrove Memorial Park or at a Church followed by a Cremation or Burial. Often choosing the right venue can depend on whether you wish to have a religious or civil service. Religious - We cater for all religions and we ensure that your loved one is farewelled in the manner that you would expect in accordance with their religion. If your loved one is Catholic and you prefer to have either a full Requiem Mass or a Funeral Liturgy, with or without a Vigil and Rosary service, we can arrange it for you.We have strong relationships with clergy from many Christian faiths, whether it be Catholic, Uniting, Anglican, Presbyterian, Orthodox or other. We work with each individual parish to ensure your loved one is farewelled in the church in which they belonged to surrounded by their congregation, family, and friends.Non- religious - You may wish to do something different and hold the Funeral Service onboard the Nepean Belle Paddlewheeler. We are the only funeral directors with an exclusive agreement to use the Nepean Belle Paddlewheeler for a funeral service. Other options may be venues such as a golf club or community hall.Personalised Tributes -Everyone is unique, and this is your time to make those choices to celebrate their individuality. We do not up-sell and your choices are simply that: your choices. We can organise everything from the perfect celebrant or clergy, flowers, orders of service, mass booklets, photo slideshows, musicians, a dove release or maybe a horse drawn hearse. We also offer a vast array of coffins and caskets. Choosing a coffin or a casket is a personal choice. There are many styles, colours, and materials to meet all needs and budgets. We can even arrange for a personalised image or design. Whether your loved one was a simple no fuss kind of person or someone who loved the finer things in life, we have a large range of quality coffins and caskets for you to choose from. There are many different colour options, styles, and ornamentation available. Pre-arranged Funerals - We offer both pre-paid and pre-arranged funerals. To avoid the stress placed on your family at an emotional time, you may wish to consider making decisions in advance. When you choose a pre-paid funeral, it helps relieve the financial burden from your family and ensures your wishes are met. If you prefer a pre-arranged funeral, there is no payment required, it is simply a way to put down on paper what your wishes are.As every funeral service is personal and individual, we specialise in creating that special service to meet the wishes of your loved one and your family with personal care, compassion, and attention to detail. We will always be clear and upfront on our costs and what services are included.
