Empowering Uniqueness is about providing children, young people and adults with the opportunities to grow in their own unique way, supporting them to make choices and changes their way. I believe that people are happier and more confident at their best when they are empowered and take responsibility for their choices.

I believe we are all unique individuals. I value honesty, finding your path and individual differences and believe with guidance and confidence people can empower themselves. And sometimes in life we lose our inner power, due to difficulties/circumstances or a change happening in our lives and it’s my passion to help people regain the inner power back in their lives.

I have high morals for my work and behaviours and hold to them even in difficult situations. I’m open and honest in my communications and actions, by choosing words that are sincere and not misleading to my clients and having an environment that makes my clients feel comfortable. This enables us to build trust that allows information, feedback and ideas to flow.

counselling is Supported on the idea that by listening and acknowledging a client, giving them skills, resources, authority, opportunity, motivation, they will feel a greater senses of their own personal power.

For over 12 years now I have been helping individuals believe in themselves and find that they have their own inner power to achieve, and know that everyone is worth something. The biggest thing I get them to fight for is themselves and to know they have the power and that we are all unique and worth something. I have worked with a diversity of people
from, youth, adults and children.

Reservations: our counselling office is only open on Tuesdays and Thursday but you can call Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm to book a appointment
