Cake Decorating /Design School
I offer classes using Fondant, buttercream, Modelling chocolate, piping skills, and my specialty - sugar flowers.
Private Classes may be held at your place or mine @ $75 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours. All equipment used in the lesson, is provided on the day. Buttercream cupcake classes also include buttercream. You provide cakes/boards and other consumables such as boards, fondant etc.Depending in location a travel/packing fee may be added.
Group classes can be arranged for a minimum fee of $300 for a 2 hour lesson. Maximum 6 students.
Corporate Team building sessions can be arranged. Maximum 12 students. Fee on application.
Fully qualified and currently registered Food Technology teacher with 25 years cake decorating and teaching experience.
