Selph Health Studios are holistic health studios focusing on treating your whole self. Encompassing a boutique Yoga, Pilates and Meditation studio, Chiropractors, Physiotherapist, Nutritionists, Remedial Massage Therapists and Energy healer, our studios are a space for you, a space to rejuvenate and repair and achieve a mind body balance.


The Selph practice philosophy revolves around the four pillars of health - Structural, Emotional, Nutritional, and Movement, where all elements are taken into account when assessing and treating each individual. We look beyond the physical, analysing and treating emotional and stress issues behind injuries, and creating programs for clients across the four pillars to effectively treat and maintain the highest levels of health and wellness.

Selph utilises a collaborative treatment model, where each of a client’s treating practitioners, work together to create a collaborative and sustainable treatment plans for each patient. This ensures the individual's health treatments are both cohesive and thorough.
