A session in our salt rooms runs for 45 minutes. A specialised 'halogenerator' grinds dry Pharmaceutical Grade Salt into tiny breathable particles and disperses these micro particles into the salt room.

The dry salt particles are inhaled deep into the lungs to help loosen congestion and cleanse the airways of smoke, dust, pollution, pollens and other allergens. Exposing skin to the dry salt can help improve the skin’s protective properties and balance Ph levels. It promotes superficial bacterial flora (good bacteria on our skin) whilst reducing the harmful bacteria that is often present with certain skin conditions.
